1.- Are the prices per room or per person?
All the prices are total prices for the reservation and they include all the nights and persons in the selected option. VAT included.

2.- Who will I have to contact if I have any complaints regarding the hotel?
If you have any complaints, you will need to go directly to the reception/direction desk of the hotel so that they can take the necessary measures to sort out the problem.

3.- How can I pay for the booking?
You can pay for the booking online, you need to click on “continue” and you will be sent to a safe link of La Caixa. You will need to enter your crédito card details: credit card number, expire date, security code: 3 digits on the back of your credit card.

4.- How can I cancel a booking? Does it have any charges?
In order to cancel your booking: If you request the cancelation with at least 1 week in advance there is no cancellation cost (depending on the hotel and the season). If the cancelation is done with less than 1 week in advance the charge will be the first night plus 5% of the reservation price.

5.- How can I change my booking?
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you can send us an e-mail requesting the modification or you can also phone us to 902 88 31 91.

6.- How can I book?
- Select the area or location where you would like to have accomodation, enter the check in and check out dates, select the number of rooms to book., enter the number of persons per room and if any of the rooms is for a child, enter his/her age, now press the buttom Search for Availability and the system will show the list of Hotels that are available according to your criteria. Select the one that you prefer and confirm your booking.

7.- Is it safe to give my credit card details?
You enter directly in La Caixa secure web site, with all the security and confidentiality guarantee of this bank.

8.- Can I specify complementary services such as parking, the possibility of having a room with a view, a room for smokers, a double bed, etc.?
You can request these services via e-mail once your booking has been confirmed, indicating the reservation number and we will request it to the hotel. The hotel will confirm or not your preferente depending on availability at the time.

9.- What documentation will I receive?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you your confirmation voucher with the hotel address and tel. number where you are going to stay. It is very important that you print it out and take it with you as they will ask for it at the hotel to give you the room.

10.- What would happen if I loose my reservation number?
You will need to request it again by telephone or writing us an e-mail to our reservations call centre. We will request your name and check in date to be able to find your reservation.
